Kraft

hmmm...who doesn't love KRAFT!!!! It has got to be my fav at the moment...love using it and I am so excited about the new challenge blog called Kraft It Up. Each month you have to use Kraft somewhere in your LO along with another element which is decided by the CT. This month the element was heavy distressing!!! I love to ink, scrunch and tear as much as I can, so LOVED this challenge. Here is my entry.

Well I have another two challenges I would like to complete before Sunday so I better go and get them started. Nothing like last minute pressure hey!! Looking forward to Charm's class tonight at Bon's...lots of sewing we have been told....yay!!

Just popping in quickly to post up a LO I did for the Feb CC at Bons. It was based on this sketch from Charm. Extra criteria was 3 photos, bling and flocked or embossed paper.

These are some gorgeous photos of my little neice meeting Finlay for the first time...so cute!! I didn't get time to scraplift my own LO last week as Finlay was sick..oh well!!

Just a quick one today as I have a bit to do.

Felicity from Bon's challenged us to create a LO, because it was Valentines Day recently, about the one/s we love! I decided to do another Brad and I LO.

We had another amazing night last night at Bon's Cybercrop with me winning BINGO!! I am never really good at those games so a fluke really....hahaha!! Also I am super stoked that Sandie Mallon chose one of my LO's again to be scraplifted. I can't wait to see everyone's take on it.

Thank You

to my good friend Linda Eggleton for sending me this gorgeous fabric RAK last week. Thank you so much Lou, it came in handy to do my mini album!!! I can't wait to use more of it..I am loving fabric at the moment.

Just a LO I completed as part of the Game On Challenges that happened at Bon's during the last two weeks. The challenge was colours, pink, black, white and grey with dots, paint and staples.

I don't often do a LO of just the two of us but this photo was taken on my 30th Birthday, so I wanted to record that moment. Hard to believe I am 30, although that happened last year...haha! I can still remember Brad helping me celebrate my 18th birthday....where has the time gone!!

Its Friday!!!

Hi everyone,

Its Friday and I can't wait for the weekend, not that we are doing anything special at this stage but just because we can all be together as a family. Just thought I would quickly pop up a few LO's I have recently completed as part of the Game On Challenges at Bons. The competition is over now...phew...hahaha!! Had soooo much fun and got some scrapping done that I normally wouldn't have so that is a bonus. Didn't get all the challenges completed but came close and had lots of fun with the girls.

I used the ROTM (Room of the Month) to inspire me to do this LO. Plus the extra criteria was to use Red, masking with paint or glimmermist, stitched on buttons, yellow and polka dots. My little man at 5 months already crawling!!!

My sisters little boy. I had to scraplift one of Bon's gorgeous LO's plus use 5 elements from her LO. I used staples, misting, stamping, sanding & photo anchors. Plus we had to use a Yellow Ribbon/Fabric as part of in Remembrance for Black Saturday.

We had to make 3 cards from the scraps we had left over from any of the Game On challenges along with stamping. I am not a card maker, but fairly happy with these. I will be giving these to Gigi Scott to help her raise money for her son's sensory room.

Thats all for now, I have some more to share...but will leave it for another day.

My First Year

So sorry, I have been really slack at blogging lately so hopefully I will be better at it this week.

Just thought I would quickly share a mini album I have just completed for the "Game On" challenge that we had to do at Bons. Not bad for my first mini, I think....they are quite addictive hey...now I need to do one for Riley. I have always wanted to do a mini and have lots here to be done but just never had the time to do them until now. So I was glad of the extra push from the girls at Bons. I have used the yummy Maya Road arrow album which is just perfect for little boys. The extra criteria required to complete this challenge was to use fabric, buttons, small photos & rubons. Loved how it come together in just two days, although I didn't work on it all day!! haha!!

More scrapping to share, but will do it in another post. Hope you are all having a great week. Thank you everyone for your lovely comments...

I {heart} today

Hi everyone,

This is just a few things that I {heart} today.

Hanging out at Bons, the girls there are just so lovely and friendly and full of inspiration. It sure brings a smile to my face each day.

I just love this LO.

And this photo of my two little boys. They bring me so much joy and happiness everyday. Not one day is the same.

This man is my best friend. I love him more and more each day.

Busy Busy Busy

Hello everyone,

Its been a busy last few days with challenges and games being played daily over at Bons. I have soooo much to do, that its making my head spin...hahaha... but at least I am getting some LO's done.

This layout was using the yummy January Boy Kit from Bon's shop. I still have plenty left over so hopefully I will get to use some of it again soon.

This LO was done as part of the GAME ON 2 challenges that are taking place at the moment at Bons. Skye gave us a BLUE challenge but it had to be of a male (not our sons) and include some hand stitching. I have done this LO of my gorgeous but not so little anymore nephew. He is my sisters little boy and has just started Prep last week and loving it....where does the time go!! I am giving her this LO for her album, hence why its called My Little Man. Just loved how this one came together, I am finding I am always reaching for paint these days...such a cheap but very effective way to jazz up a LO.

Well its been raining here off and on since the beginning of the weekend & quite windy, the boys are getting a bit house bound, but do love playing on the wet grass and in the mud!!!! I am getting sick of washing hanging around the house...but its good to see the grass greening up again.
