Colour Combos Galore #195

Hello everyone,

Just thought I would share with you today a layout I created for Colour Combo's Galore!  I love playing along and just lately, for one reason or another, I haven't been joining in like I would love to...so this week I made sure that I had a go!

This is the colour palette and the designer challenge was to use hot air balloons....not necessary but a challenge if you want one.  My blue is a little but of a different shade...would you believe, I have 2 boys and have hardly any blue paper!!!!! Must rectify that!

Of course, I have always been wanting to do something like that for ages...been admiring from afar so many gorgeous layouts that have these cute little hot air balloons on them....So yesterday while I was cleaning up a very messy scrap desk, my mind was thinking of what I could do, what to use etc to make a little hot air balloon...and there it was...right there in front of me....already cut out from something waiting to be used....only problem...the colours weren't right.  So I pulled out my colouring in pencils and set about doing some very therapeutic colouring....here it is...:))))

Bond...so my balloon which once had yellow and pink on it...now has all the right colours :)))

I also did some more altering....the green flower once was yellow, just sprayed some Green Meadow Glimmermist on it and the gorgeous Purple Pumpkin button is inked a little...Oh and that yummy red flower is from HERE.

Well I best keep going...want to go and catch up on some blogs :)))

Thanks for visiting and for your lovely comments :))
xx
