Hi everyone,
Its the weekend here and its beautiful so I am only going to make this quick as I have loads of other family things to do :))
I have a huge amount of work that needs sharing so I will only show you are few today and hopefully over the next week or so I will get the rest up on the blog.
Here are a few projects I did last year for Manor House Creations.
We were very fortunate on our holiday last year to visit many theme parks. For Finlay's 4th birthday we celebrated the day down at Seaworld on the Gold Coast. Oh we had a blast...such a terrific place for kids (and adults...lol!!), one of the highlights of the day was visiting Dinosaur Island. Anyway I have oodles of photos which I plan to do a mini album but there are a couple photos that I particularly wanted to scrap. This one was one of them. There was a truck ride where they could actually hop in these miniature trucks...oh they were cute and you couldn't wipe the grins off the boys faces! Honking the horn and (pretend) steering was priceless...
We were asked to create a fun/bright layout and I knew exactly what to do. I loved creating the sunburst effect using a Crafters Workshop template, Gesso and highlighting with lots of different shades of Shimmerz.
Gorgeous papers are from Basic Grey Soleil range and the Manor House flowers complimented them beautifully.
Kaisercraft chipboard birds highlighted and outlined with shimmerz and TA glimmermist.
Next is another layout created for Manor House. I had so much fun tearing and distressing not to mention lots of fun adding texture.
Beautiful papers from My Minds Eye and I kept with the hexagon theme which was on the paper by cutting out some hexagon shapes and using some Dusty Attic hexagon chipboard.
Love the grey tones with the pinks and sea green... :))
Well that is all for now...off to have some fun with my boys.
Thanks so much for visiting and hope you all have a good weekend :))
Hugs
