Paper Stories Layout Inspiration

Hi everyone,

Back on deck now after a couple weeks away and school is back, so its back to routine here! Just quickly sharing a few projects I have created for Paper Stories.

Firstly, the monthly sketch went live while I was away, so if you missed it or are looking for a GREAT challenge, have a go at this sketch!

My take on this sketch...

"Happiness is..."

Yes, they are my feet in this photo that was taken on our beach holiday last year.  It was a holiday that I did a lot of reflecting and decision making, in order to make changes in my life for the best.  I love the quote on the sticker "Happiness is a journey not a destination".

Still LOVE the Basic Grey Soleil range...all those beachy, bright colours are so gorgeous.  Inspiration for this beach layout comes from the talented Stacey Young of course. Thanks Stace for inspiring me :))

Some close ups :))

Next up is another layout I created recently using the Colour Crazy Kit from Paper Stories.  I don't have much left of this kit now, have really loved working with these papers and embellishments...something different for me :)

"1st Place"

Once again, I was inspired by all the arrows and chevron look in the pattern paper.  I have used the Studio Calico Triangle mask, and for something different I masked with some Gel Medium for a subtle look and randomly added some Shimmerz over the top.  How cool are the arrows that are getting around the place...love the ones Leeann Pearce has done recently, she inspired me to make one myself which fitted in perfectly for this layout.

And a just because page using the gorgeous Crate Paper by Maggie Holmes...love the beautiful colours in this paper range.

"Super Fun"

I love the Washi Paper that comes in this range. It really is just like washi tape, you can rip and make it any size or shape you like. I have used lots of the Ephemera on this layout, its great for tucking in and adding dimension and layers to your layout.

Its my husband's birthday tomorrow and we are having BBQ dinner with some of our close friends, so best keep going and get things organised!

Thanks for visiting and I will be back again next week with some more things to share :))
Hugs
Min xo
